Basic user chat

Even if your bot isn’t designed for chatting with users, there may be times when a user sends a message directly to it. From a business perspective, missing these messages would be unfortunate. For this reason, BotPresto provides basic chatting capabilities for your bot. You will be able to receive and respond to any messages that users send to the bot.

This is facilitated by creating a Telegram group for user interaction and adding your BotPresto-connected bot to the chat. BotPresto will inquire if you want to enable this group for chatting with end users. Subsequently, BotPresto will forward any messages from your bot’s users to this chat. Replies to these messages (specifically to the message in question) will then be relayed back to the user on behalf of your bot.
